FITNESS
It’s only appropriate that somewhere around food there is always talk of fitness haha they go together like PB&J (organic of course, gluten free and all dat) but fitness and being “in shape” is another one of those things that can honesty be fluid concept because there are actually many ways to get a workout in. A lot of us including myself usually involve grabbing some type of flavored powder, mixing it in water to go to a gym establishment gulp down the drink and turn into you own version of a superhero for about 1.5hr avg. Or there are others that are more adventurous with their workout doing outdoor activities (rock climbing, biking, other sports etc.) then there is yoga which I am not quite sure what category that falls into but I have heard is quite challenging. So challenging in fact that in some places they will place a baby goat on you while your’re stretched out… (I don’t really know what correlation there is between baby goats and yoga but I will pass on that shi..LOL) either way it is all some sort of fitness.
The great thing about it like food is there are many different types, the other side of it too like food is that getting/staying fit involves discipline and consistency another one of those key puzzle pieces to finding mind and body synergy. Like the exert said “when you look good, you feel good, when you feel good it shows” it is a domino effect I won’t get into all the scientific terminology today regarding all of that because it will then either appear that I am trying to be smart or that I have way to much time on my hands. But either way staying fit is vital to your being emotionally and physically.
With that being said Summer is here!!! How are you feeling about your Summer body??? By yours I mean you! Are you comfortable with your appearance? If not then lets get you there together I still have a lot of work to do myself and would down to be your accountability partner if you’re up for it. I don’t know about you but I want to end Summer 19’ on the front of a boat sailing with a cigar (or piece of celery) clamped in my teeth, with no shirt on and a captains hat hahaa (don’t ask why just go with it)
