EAT + DRINK
Food is Key to the Soul.
There is never really an easy way to approach the topic of cuisine in my opinion. But I do know that it is vital to eat and enjoy what you’re eating. Food is always a momentous occasion we have holidays around it, different times of the day for it wrapped in titles (breakfast, brunch/lunch, cocktails, dinner) and celebrations of multiple types, we dress up for food and drinks haha sometimes we just enjoy a bowl/plate/glass of something sitting on the couch at home. Everyone’s tastes are different too, I think one of the craziest things to think about is just how many different types of food and drink there are or ways to prepare something that there is. Think WORLD WIDE!!
No matter what version of “-terian” you are there is always something for you. Recently though I have began to transition into eating a lot more natural foods and trying to drink more water over everything else for a few different reasons. Eating for me has become more of a self-imposed challenge sort of task as opposed to enjoyment. The challenge consists of disciplining myself to include a much larger majority of green leafy and cruciferous vegetables (spinach and broccoli) or pretty much anything green. In addition to that not drinking much alcohol just to see how my body responds to the changes and to strengthen the conscious muscles in my brain that differentiate eating for nutritional value vs short term satisfaction. It is an exercise I encourage you to try!!! It will test your creativity, patience and self-control.

Light breakfast-Protein/vegetable smoothie of some type.
Lunch and Dinner- Two-fistfuls of different vegetables, half-fist of clean protein (chicken/fish), quarter-fist of starch/carb. (measure by your own hand-size lol)
